Is Prowl safe for my cat?
Yes. Our feeders are made from food-grade materials with a non-slip base, designed for everyday feeding. Prowl products are enrichment tools, not medical devices — if your cat has a health condition, check with your vet first.
Is it dishwasher-safe? How do I clean it?
Yes — the feeder is dishwasher-safe. For a quick refresh between meals, a rinse under warm water does the job. We recommend a proper wash every few days.
Does it work with wet food, or just kibble?
It's built for dry food and treats — that's what makes the foraging work. You can tuck a few treats in to spark that first bit of curiosity.
My cat is clever / gives up easily — is the difficulty adjustable?
That's the whole idea. The Prowl Set is modular, so you can start easy and reconfigure the pieces as your cat masters it. For serial puzzle-solvers, Expansion Pieces add harder modules.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders ship tracked and typically arrive in 5–12 business days. Shipping is a flat £4.95, and free on all orders over £40. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What's the 30-night trial?
If your cat isn't calmer, slower to eat, or happier within 30 nights of delivery, email hello@prowl.pet and we'll refund your order — and you keep the set. No returns needed.
How is a foraging feeder different from a normal bowl?
